Join our client’s Workplace Operations team in St Helier, Jersey, and play an essential role in contributing to a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace. As a Workplace Operations Administrator, you’ll support our client’s team in delivering exceptional experiences to clients, visitors, and colleagues through operational excellence. What You’ll Do

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Support internal stakeholders and ensure business processes are efficient, timely, and accurate.
  • Coordinate workplace management solutions, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
  • Assist in the maintenance of operational standards and compliance with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to building a strong team culture through collaboration and proactive support.

What You’ll Need

  • The legal right to live and work in Jersey; sponsorships and permits are not offered for this role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite applications, with a willingness to learn new tools and technology.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Adaptability to out-of-hours support on occasions, ensuring consistency of service delivery.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or understanding of Health & Safety practices is advantageous.
