According to our 2023 Salary Guidelines, the best paying Guernsey jobs are in the Accountancy, Fund, Trust and Operations sectors, where a high-level senior employee can expect to earn between £120,000 – £150,000.
Finance is the largest employer sector in Guernsey and as off 2022, around 6,000 people on the island are operating in banking, insurance and fiduciary services.
