We are seeking a motivated Trainee Fund Accountant to join our Fund Accounting team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while working towards a professional qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering high-quality financial reporting across a portfolio of fund structures
  • Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of management accounts and financial statements
  • Assist with audits and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Contribute to fund operations, including capital account schedules
  • Work closely with administration teams to ensure accurate record-keeping

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong academic background
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Interest in pursuing a professional accounting qualification
