We are seeking an experienced temporary contractor to provide support within our Operations team for an estimated 10-month period. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable stepping into an established team and supporting a range of operational and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and confident working independently. This position would suit someone with previous experience in a similar operational or administrative support role, including individuals returning to the workforce who have maintained strong organisational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operations team.
- Assist with facilities management, administration and coordination.
- Support credit control activities, including follow-ups and record management.
- Assist with additional operational tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
