Senior Manager – Financial Crime

We are working with our client, a respected player in the Jersey financial services sector, to appoint a Senior Manager – Financial Crime in St Helier. This permanent position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in protecting our client’s business and reputation, while working closely with our client’s team and stakeholders across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Lead and oversee financial crime prevention activities across our client’s Jersey operations.
• Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures to mitigate financial crime risks.
• Engage with senior members of our client’s team to ensure effective governance and reporting.
• Support the maintenance of robust controls aligned with local regulatory expectations.
• Act as a subject-matter resource for financial crime matters within our client’s team.

What you’ll need

• Significant experience in financial services, with a focus on financial crime or risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial crime frameworks relevant to Jersey-based organisations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in our client’s team.
• Sound judgement and a structured approach to identifying and managing risk.
• Clear, concise communication skills and an ability to influence across the business.
