We are working with our client, a respected legal sector organisation in St Helier, Jersey, to appoint a Senior Business Solutions Analyst (CSP) on a permanent basis. As a senior member of our client’s team, you will help shape and optimise business solutions that support complex legal and corporate service provider (CSP) operations, contributing directly to strategic decision-making and long-term process improvement.
Key Skills
- Business analysis: interpreting stakeholder needs and translating them into clear solution requirements that align with our client’s strategic objectives.
- Process optimisation: reviewing existing workflows and recommending changes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and client service delivery.

- Solution design: working with technical and operational colleagues to shape robust, scalable business solutions suited to a legal/CSP environment.

What you’ll do
- Analyse current business processes within the legal and CSP environment to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders in our client’s team.
- Support the design and configuration of business solutions to meet operational needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Monitor and review implemented solutions to ensure they continue to meet business objectives.
What you’ll need
- Experience working as a business solutions or business analyst in a professional services or CSP context.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and business processes objectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
- Confidence in recommending practical improvements and articulating the impact of change.
- Comfort operating in a structured, regulated legal-sector environment.
