We are working with our client, a respected player in the private capital and fund sector in St Helier, Jersey, to appoint a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to support the lifecycle management of complex international structures for high-net-worth (HNW) families. This is a permanent opportunity to become a key member of our client’s team, contributing to fiduciary decision-making, regulatory excellence and high-touch client service.

Key Skills

  • Complex fiduciary structure management – overseeing multi-entity, cross-border structures and ensuring they are administered accurately throughout their life cycle.
  • HNW client relationship management – working closely with international families, understanding their needs and delivering proactive, trusted support.
  • Regulatory and legislative awareness – strong understanding of local trust and company legislation, as well as KYC, AML, CFT and GDPR requirements.
  • Technical and market awareness – keeping up to date with industry developments, investments, property and other asset classes.
  • Systems and document management – solid experience with NavOne, document management principles and core MS Office applications to maintain accurate entity records.
  • Mentoring and teamwork – collaborative approach, sharing knowledge, acting as an effective alternate and role-modelling best practice for more junior colleagues.
  • Commercial mindset – accurate time recording, focus on utilisation and profitability, and spotting cross-sell opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with Client Directors to manage entities from late onboarding through to full life cycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate data and records in line with policies and procedures.
  • Prepare comprehensive case input for client risk and investment governance forums.
  • Liaise effectively with third-party service providers to deliver client needs and build relationships.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to group projects and risk reviews.

What you’ll need

  • 5-10 years’ experience serving HNW international families and their structures.
  • Proven ability to manage complex international fiduciary structures independently.
  • Full understanding of local trust and company legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong awareness of KYC, AML, CFT and GDPR, plus experience with NavOne and MS Office.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and willingness to travel occasionally.
