We are reaching out with an exciting opportunity to join our client in St Helier, Jersey as a People & Culture Business Partner on a permanent basis. Operating within the Financial Services sector, our client is focused on building a high-performing, engaged and values-led culture. In this role, you will be a key partner to leaders across our client’s team, helping shape and deliver people strategies that support business growth and employee wellbeing.

 

Skills

  • People & Culture Partnership – Working closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into practical people plans that support performance and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Building trusted relationships across our client’s team to influence decisions and ensure people initiatives are aligned with business needs.
  • Strategic Thinking – Supporting the design and implementation of people-focused strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness in a regulated Financial Services environment.
  • Change Support – Helping leaders and teams navigate organisational change with clear communication and a focus on employee experience.
  • Employee Engagement Focus – Championing a positive culture and helping to create an environment where our client’s team can thrive.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a strategic People & Culture partner to leaders across our client’s team.
  • Support the delivery of people initiatives aligned to the Financial Services sector.
  • Advise on workforce planning and organisational development activities.
  • Contribute to creating an engaging and inclusive culture.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent people practices across the business.

What you’ll need

  • Experience partnering with leaders in a People & Culture or similar role.
  • Understanding of people practices within a corporate or Financial Services environment.
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfort working in a permanent, Jersey-based position.
  • A passion for fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.
