Ownership Manager – Yacht Services

The Ownership Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional yacht ownership experience by acting as the primary point of contact for yacht owners. The role coordinates operational, technical, financial, and administrative services, ensuring vessels are maintained to the highest standards and owner expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, providing proactive support and regular updates.
• Coordinate day-to-day yacht operations with captains, crew, and service providers.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, refits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Assist with budget management, financial reporting, and invoice approval.
• Manage owner requests, trip planning, logistics, and concierge services.
• Ensure accurate vessel documentation and compliance with relevant maritime regulations.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in yacht management, marine services, luxury hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of yacht operations and maintenance.
