We are reaching out with an exciting permanent Head of Risk & Compliance opportunity with our client in Jersey, within their fund sector operations. This is a key leadership role in which you will shape and oversee the risk and compliance framework, working closely with our client’s team to ensure robust governance and regulatory compliance across their fund-related activities.
Skills
- Risk Management – Lead the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks across fund operations to safeguard the business and its stakeholders.
- Compliance Oversight – Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and monitoring to ensure alignment with relevant regulations in Jersey and applicable fund regimes.
- Governance Leadership – Drive strong governance standards, embedding best practice and clear reporting lines across our client’s team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with senior stakeholders and operational teams to ensure risk and compliance expectations are understood and implemented.
- Strategic Thinking – Align risk and compliance activities with our client’s strategic objectives in the fund sector.
What you’ll do
- Lead the risk and compliance function for our client’s fund operations in Jersey.

What you’ll need
