Our client, a global leader in fiduciary services, is seeking a Head of Private Clients to lead its Guernsey-based operations. Key Skills Required:

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of private client structures such as trusts, companies, and foundations, with a solid understanding of governance and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to build and maintain effective client and professional networks within the Guernsey market.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in budget ownership, target delivery, and generating new business opportunities.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Guernsey’s fiduciary regulations, AML/CFT expectations, and broader international developments.
