The Head of Compliance is responsible for leading and overseeing the organisation’s compliance function, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and promoting a strong culture of compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the firm’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory matters and risk mitigation
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of changes
  • Oversee compliance monitoring programmes, reviews, and reporting
  • Act as the key point of contact for regulators and external stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of compliance through training and awareness initiatives
  • Manage and develop the compliance team

Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in compliance within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and risk management principles
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Professional qualification in compliance, legal, or a related field (desirable)
