Fund Administrator

We are looking for a Fund Administrator to join a leading local firm, carrying out day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in fund administration within a dynamic and professional environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering a portfolio of clients, including venture capital funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles. The duties will include processing investment transactions, inputting payments, maintaining investor records, and assisting with company secretarial matters such as preparing minutes, board packs, and regulatory filings. The candidate will also support the training of trainee staff and assist with ad-hoc client requests and project work.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with computer literacy and a keen understanding of the financial services industry.

We are looking for candidates who are studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA) or equivalent or have at least one year of relevant experience in fund administration.
