We are working with our client, a respected organisation in the Corporate Services sector, to appoint a Financial Control Manager based in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role in safeguarding financial integrity, shaping robust controls, and supporting strategic decision-making as a trusted member of our client’s team.
Financial control expertise – Overseeing the accuracy of financial records, ensuring strong control frameworks, and supporting sound financial governance.
Corporate services awareness – Understanding the environment in which corporate structures operate, allowing you to align financial control with wider business needs.
Analytical mindset – Interpreting financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and presenting clear insights to senior stakeholders.
Risk and compliance focus – Supporting adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements within a controlled financial environment.
Collaboration and communication – Working closely with our client’s team to ensure financial information is understood and used effectively across the business.
Support and enhance financial control frameworks for our client.
Oversee accurate and timely financial information and reporting.
Contribute to risk management and compliance initiatives.
Partner with key stakeholders across our client’s team.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
Experience working in a financial control or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial processes and controls.
Ability to analyse complex financial information.
Clear, confident communication skills with stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach within a corporate environment.
