We are reaching out with an exciting permanent opportunity in St Helier, Jersey, for a Client File Reviewer within the trust sector. Our client is a respected organisation that places strong emphasis on robust governance, accurate records, and maintaining high standards of client service. As part of our client’s team, you will play a key role in ensuring client files are consistently maintained, compliant, and ready for review, supporting the smooth operation of their trust services.

  • Attention to detail – Carefully reviewing client files to spot inconsistencies, gaps, or errors, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Organisational skills – Managing multiple client files efficiently, maintaining orderly records and prioritising reviews to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset – Assessing information in client files to draw logical conclusions and identify potential issues or areas needing clarification.
  • Written communication – Preparing clear, concise notes and updates on file reviews to support our client’s team in ongoing client management.
  • Discretion and confidentiality – Handling sensitive client information within the trust sector with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct thorough reviews of client files in the trust sector.
  • Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up as required.
  • Maintain clear records of all file review findings and actions.
  • Support our client’s team by ensuring files are up to date and ready for internal or external scrutiny.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in file management processes.
