We are partnering with our client, an award-winning, fast-growing technology and managed services provider, to recruit a Business Support Administrator – Procurement to join our client’s team in Forest, Guernsey. In this permanent role, you’ll play a key part in supporting procurement, purchasing and sales administration across the Channel Islands and beyond, working closely with colleagues in Guernsey, Jersey and Dubai to ensure smooth, efficient and well-governed procurement and renewal activity.

- Communication and interpersonal skills – engaging confidently with internal stakeholders, customers and external suppliers to keep processes moving.

- IT proficiency – using IT systems, preferably Microsoft 365, and learning procurement and sales platforms quickly.
- Attention to detail – maintaining high levels of accuracy, particularly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and initiative – identifying issues, improving processes and strengthening controls and ways of working.
- Confidentiality and professionalism – handling sensitive and commercially confidential information in line with company policies.
What you’ll do
- Support end-to-end procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Obtain supplier quotes, prepare customer sales quotes and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate software renewals and licensing management across our client’s operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock and assist with managed print contracts and consumables.
- Provide general administrative support, participate in special projects and comply with relevant legislation and policies.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, customers and vendors.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confidence using IT systems, especially Microsoft 365 and business applications.
