Are you an experienced support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the right hand to senior client-facing teams? We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, detail-focused and thrives on providing excellent service behind the scenes.

 

This role is all about enabling relationship managers to deliver exceptional service by handling the essential operational and administrative work that keeps things running smoothly. You’ll play a central role in managing client information, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating schedules, and supporting day-to-day tasks across a diverse client portfolio.

You’ll also be the first line of communication for inbound client queries, managing everything from basic service requests to assisting with more complex transactions. On top of this, you’ll gather market intelligence, provide insights on portfolio performance, and support the delivery of strategic client projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who brings a strong understanding of financial services or client relationship support, with a knack for process improvement, multitasking and providing a top-tier client experience.
