We are delighted to share a part-time General Practitioner opportunity with our client, a respected healthcare provider based in St Peter Port, Guernsey. Clinical judgment – applying evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of patient presentations safely and effectively.
Patient-centred care – building strong, empathetic relationships to understand individual needs and involve patients in shared decision-making.
Communication – conveying complex clinical information clearly and sensitively to patients, families, and colleagues.
Collaboration – working closely with our client’s multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity across services.
Time management – managing consultations and clinical workload efficiently in a busy primary care environment.
Provide general medical consultations to a broad range of patients in primary care.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in line with local clinical pathways.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records for all patient interactions.
Work collaboratively with our client’s nursing and allied health professionals.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical services within the practice.
Ability to practise as a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Willingness to integrate into our client’s team and local healthcare network.
