Our client, an established and growing firm operating in the Fund sector, is seeking a dedicated, proactive individual to join its team as a Trainee Helpdesk Analyst. Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure seamless operations for our client’s team.
Communication: Provide excellent support, translating technical information into clear, understandable language for all users.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain and enhance IT systems and services across the organisation.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness when documenting issues and implementing solutions.
Assist in providing first-line helpdesk support to resolve user queries and challenges.
Collaborate with the team to maintain IT systems and proactively troubleshoot technical issues.
Develop and enhance the understanding of core IT functions within a Fund sector environment.
Track and document issues to ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively.
Engage in training and professional development to advance your IT expertise.
A keen interest in IT and a desire to work in a technical support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support seamless client interactions.
A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
AAT knowledge or exposure (as applicable) could be beneficial here.
