The Open Market Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the open market function, helping to source, process, and maintain market listings while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of market-related activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing and managing open market products or listings
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor timelines and support the coordination of market activities
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the team

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
