The Assistant Relationship Manager supports the management and development of client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and contributing to client retention and business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Support Relationship Managers in meeting client needs and resolving queries
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and account documentation
  • Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless client support

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in client service, banking, or financial services (desirable)
