What You’ll Do

  • Support the corporate secretariat function to uphold professional governance standards.
  • Manage and maintain corporate and statutory records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on administrative and client-oriented projects to achieve business goals.
  • Assist in the preparation or review of financial reporting as required by the team.
  • Contribute proactively to the improvement of organisational systems and processes.
