  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Organisational Abilities: Strong time-management skills to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to streamline administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Discretion: The ability to handle confidential information with trust and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure compliance standards and processes are flawlessly maintained.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Compliance Officer to provide advice and support to ensure compliance with local and global standards.
  • Undertake monitoring reviews to identify and address compliance issues.
  • Maintain and update compliance manuals and assist in regulatory impact analysis.
  • Monitor transactions to detect unusual or potentially suspicious activities.
  • Provide training on anti-money laundering and compliance topics to team members.

  • A commitment to becoming ICA qualified (if not already).
  • Openness to joining as a graduate/trainee with the potential to grow into a specialist role.
  • A strong understanding of money laundering risks and regulatory compliance.
