Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Trust Officer to join a leading provider of fund and corporate services in Jersey.

 

As a Trust Officer the successful candidate will provide support to the team to achieve our business objectives, projects and goals as directed by the Client Services Director / Managing Director.

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

  • Support with the administration of a varied and interesting portfolio of complex clients
  • Liase with clients and intermediaries on their transactions, drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and managing standard correspondence
  • Maintain client records, conduct annual reviews to ensure we are compliant with our legal and regulatory requirements
