Our client, a respected leader in their field, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Trust Officer to join their team in St Helier, Jersey. What you’ll do

  • Manage and administer an assigned portfolio of trusts and companies in line with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating strong and lasting relationships built on trust and reliability.
  • Coordinate with intermediaries, legal professionals, and advisors to ensure seamless provision of services.
  • Handle day-to-day operations, including documentation, compliance monitoring, and financial record-keeping.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience within the financial services sector, particularly in trust administration.
  • Strong understanding of financial and regulatory requirements relevant to trust operations.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset to navigate complex cases successfully.
