Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Trust Assistant Manager to join an award-winning private bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the control function of Group Trust is operated in accordance with relevant regulations, codes, policies and best practice.
  • Overseeing Financial Crime and/or Fiduciary Review Processes to ensure that periodic reviews are undertaken within specified deadlines. Training and developing team members in identifying any risk or compliance issues that arise as a result of the periodic reviews and to monitor these through to clearance.
  • Re-evaluating the risk rating of customers under review and re-assigning the rating, if appropriate.
  • Undertaking reviews, background checks and assessments on prospective customers ensuring that where appropriate , prospects are referred to Central Compliance, the Managing Director and Head of Group Trust.
  • Preparing and developing management reporting as required.
