Trust Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Trust Manager to join a leading private bank.

Key duties will include:

• To demonstrate a thorough understanding of your personal fiduciary responsibility to protect the client, yourself, and the business.
• To have regulatory oversight of their Pods officers and administrators, ensuring input is provided to the PCD on a regular basis to allow the Pod to be adequately resourced and equipped to provide a high-quality service within a regulatory compliant framework and achieving corporate objectives in a risk-controlled environment.
• To encourage a culture of upholding the values and act as a role model to the team
• Report any concerns/breaches and HR issues to the Private Client Director and escalate to the Head of Private Client Directors or the CEO.
