We are looking for a proactive and organised Trainee Pensions Administrator to join the growing pensions team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in financial services within a supportive and dynamic environment.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across our full range of pension products, assisting with scheme set-ups, contribution processing, trustee documentation, payment handling, and regulatory reporting. They will also help maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems and support strong relationships with Members, IFAs, and service providers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, sound judgement, and a keen interest in pension administration. Strong communication, time management, and IT skills are essential, and a basic understanding of Jersey pension law and financial services is desirable.
