Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Trainee Fund Administrator to join a leading provider of fund and corporate services in Jersey.

 

Reporting to the Senior Administrator you will support the team to deliver day-to-day administration for a portfolio of entities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming emails, tracking requests to ensure they are captured and responded to, drafting responses when requested
  • Prepare for and attend client company board meetings and assist with the recording and writing of minutes
  • Assist with the completion of client entities’ transactions within strict operational deadlines
  • Assist with the processing of payments for client entities
  • Complete all workflows and check sheets ensuring relevant system data is up to date and accurate
  • Liaise with third parties by telephone, email and face to face
