Trainee Fund Administrator

We are working with our client, a respected financial services firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey, which is looking to welcome a Trainee Fund Administrator into its team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop a career in fund administration, supporting the smooth running of investment structures and gaining exposure to the wider financial services sector.

What you’ll do

• Support senior administrators with day-to-day fund administration tasks.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for client funds.
• Help prepare routine reports and schedules related to fund activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
• Learn and apply internal processes and systems used in fund administration.
