We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Administrator to join a local Fund Services firm in the Guernsey office. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day administration of various private equity fund structures under administration.

The responsibilities will include handling the day-to-day administration of funds and related entities and supporting company secretarial duties such as preparing agendas, collating and distributing board packs, and drafting minutes for routine meetings. The successful candidate will also maintain investor records, process updates, prepare payments, assist with bookkeeping, and help with bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have computer literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to developing good working relationships with colleagues and clients. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not required, and a willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably the CGI Diploma or equivalent) is expected.
