We are seeking a skilled Technology Project Manager to oversee strategic digital transformation initiatives within a local financial services firm. This role involves managing the introduction and integration of new digital solutions, enhancing business processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of key technology platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading system transformations, including document management, CRM, security, and compliance tools. A key focus will be on Microsoft solutions such as SharePoint and PowerPlatform, as well as core administration platforms. A strong expertise in project and change management will drive operational improvements, streamline processes, and align technology initiatives with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end digital implementations, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, and project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) is highly desirable. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
