We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team of an esteemed Bank. Working closely with the cross-jurisdictional HR team, this role is key in attracting top talent and managing recruitment processes.
The responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and sourcing candidates through online channels and professional networks. The successful candudate will liaise with agencies, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process while maintaining recruitment records and ensuring compliance with specific guidelines.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have up to three years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation. Strong administration, IT, and communication skills are essential, along with a high level of discretion and attention to detail. Experience with HR databases and recruitment portals is highly desirable.
