Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a SOC Support Technician to join a leading telecommunications provider.


The successful candidate will be an important part of the frontline support team for business customers. They will log support and request tickets, process changes and provide first line support to the business customers using industry standard best practices and cutting-edge tools. They will act as a champion for the valued business customers by being professional, and by using their exceptional organisation and communication skills. They will use these to drive faults and requests to closure. The SOC Technicians also contribute significantly to continual service improvement by collaborating with other engineering teams across the group. Due to the nature of the business customers, SOC Support Technicians work as part of a dedicated team working on a 24 x 365 shift rota, which attracts a generous shift allowance.
