We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer to join a leading provider of fund and corporate services in Jersey.

 

Working as a Service Desk Engineer, your responsibilities of the role will grow and adapt to changing needs, below are the core duties of the role, which is not exhaustive;

  1. General IT questions
  2. Software / Application patching
  3. Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers
  4. Support VIP’s in the local office
  5. Setting up new users, including providing Technology Inductions
  6. Removing employees from the system when they have left the organisation
  7. Administration of Office 365, Azure, Intune and conditional access
  8. Server admin tasks – file permissions etc
  9. Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including backups, procedures, and reporting
  10. Assist with the running of procedures across a wide spectrum of IT systems
