Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Trust Manager to join a leading provider of company, trust and fund administration services.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To successfully manage and monitor the performance of subordinate staff, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, including setting performance targets, in conjunction with the directors, and undertaking appraisals.
  • Organise, prioritise and delegate effectively so as to be able to successfully manage their caseload, and those of subordinates.
  • The efficient day-to-day management of a select group of complex clients who require a highly technical overview in accordance with terms of appointment.
  • The ability to identify new business opportunities for the Group, communicate this to a Director, and if empowered follow it up.
  • The attendance at meetings with clients and/or their advisers either in Guernsey or overseas with authority of a Director of the group.
  • Ensuring relevant group procedures are being adhered to and where appropriate make recommendations for additional procedures or amendments to the existing procedures.
