We are seeking a STEP or ICSA-qualified professional to join a leading firm supporting private clients. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator who will provide exceptional service in the Alderney branch of this firm.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, handling tasks such as bookkeeping, statutory work, liaising with clients and intermediaries, and managing the purchase and sale of investments and assets. They will also be responsible for making payments and distributions, maintaining up-to-date client due diligence, and preparing client reports. Involvement in investment administration and maintaining accurate records is also a key part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in trust and company administration, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Flexibility, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to adapt to new regulations are important.
