We have a great opportunity for a Senior Technician to join a leading specialist outsource provider of innovative IT solutions.


As a Senior Technician, the successful Candidate will be responsible for taking on escalated issues from the Companies diverse client base, providing high level support and consultation to the team and end users. This will include supporting clients remotely and undertaking field work. The role is fast-paced, and therefore we are looking for individuals who thrive in this setting.

The passionate individual will be at the forefront of client support, tackling daily IT challenges with expertise. they’ll handle escalated tasks from the first-line technicians, ensuring smooth resolution and client satisfaction. The role extends beyond technical prowess; the Candidate will also adeptly manage client expectations, ensuring the team consistently delivers on their promises.
