Join a leading Compliance Firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive. The Successful Candidate will be a vital part of the compliance department, keeping up-to-date with regulations, analysing new requirements, and developing and updating policies. Also ensuring timely execution of compliance monitoring programs and aid implementation and oversight of internal controls. To be considered, the Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles related to regulatory compliance or risk management functions, be degree-educated from legal/compliance disciplines, and have a proficient understanding regarding investment service regulations. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines, and experience working within fintech organizations or involvement in European-wide regulatory initiatives are advantageous.
