Senior Recruitment Officer

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Officer to join an international banking group.

In the role, the successful Candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the Channel Islands and provide oversight of the onboarding process ensuring all policies and internal controls are adhered to.
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following;

• Partner closely with the business and key stakeholders to understand the vacancy requirements, ensuring timely headcount and correct approvals are in place before commencing advertising.
• Accurately track vacancies in a methodical, timely and accurate manner adhering to best practice.
• Continually monitor the market through regular networking and research, ensuring all channels available are utilized to reach and recruit the best candidates.
