A leading firm is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Compliance Manager to join the Compliance team based in Guernsey.
As a Senior Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust compliance monitoring programme. They will provide clear, regulatory advice and assurance to business lines, senior management, and governance committees, ensuring regulatory requirements are met with confidence and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification, such as ICA, and bring at least 7 years’ experience in a similar compliance role within the financial services sector. Advanced knowledge of fiduciary services, along with a strong understanding of Corporate, Trust, and Fund Structures, is essential for success in this role.
