Senior Manager / Associate Director – Corporate & Fund

A dynamic and growing financial services provider is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join its Corporate & Fund division in Jersey.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality administration services to a portfolio of corporate, fund, and alternative investment clients. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage complex structures, and support the strategic development of the business across jurisdictions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of complex corporate and fund structures
• Leading and mentoring a team of administrators to ensure exceptional client service
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Driving business efficiencies, supporting growth initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning
• Supporting new business onboarding and risk review processes

What you’ll need:

• A strong background in corporate/fund administration, ideally with 8+ years of experience
• Demonstrable leadership experience in a regulated environment
• In-depth knowledge of fund structures, company law, governance, and regulatory frameworks
• A relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills and attention to detail
