A local telecoms company seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support cloud services such as IaaS, backup, disaster recovery, and security. The role involves leading VMware, storage, networking, and system administration on Windows and Linux platforms.
This hands-on role involves full project lifecycle work, from design to delivery and third-line support, while also providing expert advice to clients and mentoring junior staff. The successful candidate will contribute to system improvements, manage complex technical issues, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will need at least 5 years’ experience in a senior infrastructure role, with strong knowledge of VMware and related technologies. Professional certifications such as VCP, MCSE, or CCNP are preferred.
