Key Skills Required

  • Excellent fund administration experience: Proven expertise in managing alternative funds and complex client structures.
  • Technical accounting knowledge: Ability to work collaboratively with accountants to ensure optimal fund performance.
  • Organisational excellence: Capability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Client relationship management: Proactively meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring communication is clear and timely.
  • Regulatory awareness: In-depth understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements with attention to compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and manage key client fund structures daily, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Liaise interactively with accountants and company secretarial teams to support seamless fund operations.
  • Oversee investment transactions, foreign exchange deals, and fund distributions.
  • Ensure clients’ structures comply with regulatory requirements and investment guidelines.
  • Draft critical documents such as minutes and manage board meetings effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • Professional qualification (or working towards one) in fund administration or accounting is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in property, private equity, and alternative fund administration.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with professional advisors and clients.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Track record of delivering continuous improvements and maintaining high service standards.
