We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Finance Administrator to join a finance team.
Working closely with finance colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client account transactions, monitoring incoming funds, processing payment requests, updating financial records on 3E, and handling large transaction queries with banks. They will also work closely with our Property team, supporting conveyancing transactions, and estate matters, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to clients, beneficiaries, and third parties.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in finance or client account administration, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent attention to detail. A good standard of education is required, and accounting qualifications would be an advantage. Strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and effective problem-solving abilities are essential.
