Senior Client Onboarding Analyst

Join a leading offshore professional services firm supporting the onboarding of complex clients across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional looking to take ownership of complex onboarding activity while contributing to process enhancement and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex client onboarding cases from initial instruction through to completion.
• Conduct CDD, screening and AML reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients, fee earners and compliance teams to gather and verify onboarding information.
• Assess and mitigate onboarding risks while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
• Support process improvements and mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ experience within onboarding, CDD, AML or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, risk assessments and client due diligence.
• Experience working with corporate, fund and trust structures.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure.
