As a Senior Associate within our client’s Litigation team, you will engage in diverse contentious work, including:

• High-stakes company, shareholder, trusts, fraud, asset-tracing, and enforcement disputes
• Matters involving receiverships, insolvency, and restructuring
• Proceedings in the BVI Commercial Court, appellate courts, and beyond

Your Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Expert Advocacy Skills: Demonstrated expertise in oral advocacy, with a proven ability to handle interim applications and trials in high courts.
• Exceptional Drafting Abilities: Outstanding proficiency in drafting pleadings, evidence, applications, and written arguments.
• High-Stakes Litigation Experience: Substantial practice in fast-paced commercial litigation, ideally gained in BVI or other British Overseas Territory jurisdictions.
