Our client, a leader in fiduciary services, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join their dedicated Private Wealth Team. The role involves delivering exceptional client administration to a diverse portfolio of trust and corporate structures, fostering strong client and intermediary relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a permanent position based in the stunning location of St Peter Port, Guernsey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of trust and corporate entities, including communication with clients and intermediaries.
  • Handle transactional work, asset administration, and drafting minutes and resolutions for client committees.
  • Ensure client communications are responded to promptly within 24 hours.
  • Support new business onboarding and manage termination of outgoing business efficiently.
  • Maintain and update client profiles, risk assessments, and due diligence to stay compliant.

Skills and Competencies

  • Extensive experience (5 years) in administrative roles, ideally within fiduciary services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a flexible approach to teamwork.
  • Ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
