Senior Administrator – Risk & Compliance

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading international financial services group in St Peter Port, Guernsey, as a Senior Administrator specialising in Risk and Compliance. Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client reviews focusing on Client Risk Reviews and Review Meetings.
• Perform compliance and transactional monitoring aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Assist in the monitoring of new business documentation to maintain organisational standards.
• Prepare and review comprehensive compliance reports.
• Update and maintain crucial documentation, including the AML Manual and Compliance Monitoring Programme.

Essential Skills:

• Risk & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of risk factors and R&C standards essential for maintaining organisational integrity.
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail: High precision in tasks ensures reliability in compliance procedures.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective teamwork and reporting.
• Tech Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft applications, especially Excel; SharePoint knowledge is advantageous.
