We’re recruiting for a Senior Corporate Administrator on behalf of a leading international financial services firm. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team and work with a global client portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a portfolio of companies, including client liaison, transaction management, statutory filings, and board support. You’ll also process payments, issue invoices, support billing, and supervise junior team members.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should have 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the finance industry, ideally be studying towards or hold a relevant professional qualification (such as ICSA), and have a good working knowledge of corporate regulations and AML requirements. Experience with Viewpoint and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
